Nezam Ghaleb Alasasfeh is the Founder and CEO of Black Hawk Aero Sports Club, and a pioneering figure in advancing adventure tourism and aerial sports in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. With extensive experience in managing and operating recreational and tourism facilities, he has led the development of innovative projects that contribute to positioning Jordan as a premier destination for unique and high-value tourism experiences. Alasasfeh drives a forward-looking vision focused on introducing recreational aviation and aerial sports through a professional, safe, and internationally aligned framework. His approach integrates global safety standards, certified training programs, and operational excellence to ensure a world-class experience. Committed to sustainable economic impact, he actively works to create new opportunities within the sector, with a strong emphasis on empowering local talent and engaging military retirees as a vital part of this emerging industry. His vision is rooted in the belief that Jordan—particularly the Golden Triangle (Aqaba, Wadi Rum, and Petra - 🇯🇴 )—has the potential to become a leading regional hub for adventure tourism and aerial innovation
With over 25 years of aviation experience, Capt. Rami is a highly accomplished aviation professional and a key member of the Black Hawk Air Sports Club team. He holds multiple certifications, including a Gliding License, a Commercial Pilot License, and a Powered Flight Instructor rating. Throughout his career, he has served as a Chief Pilot and has gained extensive training experience at the Royal Jordanian Air Academy. Currently, he serves as the Director of Flight Operations at Black Hawk Air Sports Club, where he leads with a strong commitment to safety, excellence, and the advancement of aero sports.
Licensed B2 Engineer with broad experience in Aviation QA, SMS & Maintenance work flow referenced to CRAC, EASA & FAA regulatory compliance & extensive exposure to Part 145, Part M, Part 139, ARO (1&2), Annex 14-2 & Annex 19 certification process & instructor.
